Cas just keeps on giving for Dean and for Sam. Yet it's a strangely satisfying deal he struck with Morpheus all the same- Apocalypse stopped, Heaven open for all the souls, a life together in whatever form it takes and then somewhere that isn't Hell for Cas to live his next life. And it amused me that Gabriel was going to stir things up with a few choice revelations up in Heaven :).
I understand Dean's anger. He's used to being the one doing the sacrificing, not the one who stands on the sidelines while others give things up to save him, except maybe where Sam is concerned. But Sam has the excuse of being blood and that's something Dean can at least understand. Cas has explained himself and Dean seems to have accepted the idea of Cas loving him at least, but what next?
